Dont know, didnt give me chance to say, rude was an understatement. I know people have monday morning blues ..... never mind, got sorted, hopefully £17 well spent, the lady i spoke to was more than helpful, she went through the forms in a lot of detail

We tried that number a couple of weeks ago and the message at the front if you listen to it now says that you can't use it if you're phoning from the Uk - they've obviously realised people have got hold of it and have clamped down on its use. We e-mailed in the end and had an answer back next day.

i used the send a message option on the website worked fine, i also used the outside the uk number too. but they were fine with me. i did have a direct dial number for case officer but stupidly put it in with all my paper work for ITA.

17 squid for a phone call. Takes me back to when we went through the same thing. Sometimes it felt as though the NZIS were doing everything in their power to prevent us from entering the country...

Hi Sharon.

Sorry about that - I haven't used the number for over 6 months, so I wasn't aware that there was a problem with it.

£17 is a hellovalot of brass to have to spend on a phone call too !!

Why is it that there is always someone somewhere who is only too willing to help separate you from your hard earned money ??

Estate agents here in NZ are a typical example As soon as you open your mouth, they think 'Aha - A wealthy Pom' and add a few $ to the asking price !!..........but I digress - sorry
