Has anyone tried this or do you know if it will cause EOI to be rejected - my OH sits and is highly likely to pass his final exam for required level 4 qualification in July 2007.
Given that EOI can be submitted and then evidence supplied subsequently, would anyone advise saving time by doing EOI online now on the basis that he has level 4 certificate, and then submitting pass confirmation as evidence when we receive it? What I'm trying to say is, will it be viewed as false statements if we state he has the qualification before he actually sits the exam, or is it sufficient that the evidence is available when we submit the written evidence?
We don't want to lie, but we would like to anticipate the level that he will have when the evidence in support of the online EOI is submitted.
Other option is WTR, but still would need level 4 certificate for this, so same principle applies.
