Hello.

Just wondering what the time frame has been for any of you on NZQA full assessment? I realize it can vary greatly depending on many factors, but what is your experience with this? Did it help to fast track?

And did anyone send off ITA while still waiting for NZQA assessment? What problems did you have?:roll

Last, did anyone get a job offer while waiting for NZQA assessment, and if so, did that speed up the processs, or is fast-track the only way to speed it up? I know a job offer can tremendously speed up the PR process, but I assume this is if your NZQA is not needed or already completed, correct?

...thanks for anything you wish to share...

...my ITA goes off in a few days, and I'm just wondering how long it'll be on the bottom of a case officer's pile while I await news from NZQA.

Hi there,
I'm a bit late responding to this, but I can tell you that we sent our NZQA out on 29 December and I just got my documents back yesterday. They are being verified right now and I will find out if they need anything else from me. If all goes well, I'll have results in my hands by 20 March, so almost three months. My husband has heard nothing about his assessment yet, sent the same day. The waiting is the hardest part, I've learned!

However, a friend of ours applied back in October and from start to finish was only about 5 weeks for him. Who knows why.

I don't have answers to your other questions. We have plenty of time before we go so we're doing things one at a time.
