Hi I have just red on Avalons money matters that you can not buy a house out right and that you need mortgage.
I may be reading this wrong and I do apologise.
We will be bringing enough capitol to buy outright which is what we want to do.
Are we restricted in any way from doing this.

i think as you say you must be reading that wrong. no problems with buying a house outright if you can afford it.
