Well, we're finally here!

Been here for 8 days now and loving every minute of it. Even though I started work on Monday so have been working for five of those!:no

It's exactly as we'd hoped. Very beautiful, incredibly friendly and (at the moment!) lovely weather. It certainly helped that when we left Aberdeen it had been snowing and horrible for a week or two :laugh

Met up with Jaywalker (Matt and Jack) and had our first BBQ which was cooked by a vegetarian Australian, and it was fantastic, so it goes to show that it must be in the genes or something!

Going surfing this weekend and there is an American car show in town which I think is well worth losing some drool over. Love old American muscle cars.

Haven't had a chance to travel anywhere else yet, but hope to do so very soon.

We can hopefully start passing advice on from the other side now! All the best,

Ha Ha, certainly, it's this years Scotland Rugby training shirt. In a fit of patriotism I seem to have hoovered up a few rugby shirts before coming across. I made up for it by getting an All Black shirt upon arrival now. Hope that helps!
