I knew going away for 2 wks would be just the time NZIS decided to pull their finger out.

I nearly didnt bother with a voicemail cos I was in France and it costs a bomb. Just aswell I did as it was our caseworker from NZ House!!

Well, its huge amount of paperwork and were off to NZ to AKL on Jan 17, so its going to be Work Permit first then completion of ITA from NZ.

Just waiting for Police clearance (18 days so far).

We are: selling everything.
shipping the minimum - initially of stuff cost more to ship than its total value!

oh and by the way Im now a BASi 3 qualified snowboard instructor, wont have much call for it in Auckland but if I find myself jobless in Queenstown, then I'll know what to do

Congratulations, and dont worry about being jobless in Queenstown, they just sent up a howl that they are desparetly short of 200 workers !!!

Just an addition. I was going to go for the work Visa and sort the ITA in NZ. Our caseworker has told us that she is processing ITAs in about 2 wks, so to go for the PR and they will try to process asap - we leave on 17 JAN.
Ooh, Police Certs came 2 days ago too.
