Basically it means you have to take up the offer now, it cant be delayed. Or that no alternatives are available should this item no longer be for sale.

Rain check is what a store would give you (a written note of some sort)for an advertised item on sale that is not available when you go to buy it. You can then take this rain check back to the store when that item comes back in stock and the store will be required to sell it to you at the earlier advertised price. Sometimes the sales are for "limited quantities" only and for those they advertise this "no raincheck" policy. Regards,

You can also use it if you have to cancel a date or lunch with a friend; instead of canceling you ask for a raincheck, or a chance to reschedule:)
