Hi everyone, been scouring the forum for a few weeks now trying suss out the best place to head for in NZ. I am 32 with a wife and two young kids (daughter - 3yrs & son - 2 wks). We'll be looking to make the move late 2008 for various reasons.

I've got sooooooo many questions, all I need to do is work out which part of the forum to post them in :laugh

Well, that's the intro done. Look forward to talking to you all :nice1

Hi Lee,
Welcome! So many things to take into consideration! What sort of work you do, your gut feel, any rellies here, what facilities are important to you etc etc...please ask and someone here will know the answer.
We are in Auckland, well, technically Manukau, Eastern Beach: great schools, good ferry links to CBD (Central Business District), great beaches, lots of international folk, housing more expensive...
Ask away!

hi lee - we're in wellington, about a 40 min walk/10 min bus journey to the CBD.

as gil says - welcome and ask away - you'll find most bits of the country covered on here (we all love our own little bit though :))
