Hi all, we had out medicals done before we left for NZ which cost us a bomb, but have only just had our invitation to apply for residency (as was for visa's before) Does anyone know where is the best place to get this done, close to Wellington, and what price it is likely to be, and more importantly how much its likely to cost us? You can get a medical done at any GP in NZ, so just call around and find out how much each charges.
A friend recently paid $150 for the medical and blood work to be done, and then $80 for the x-ray. This was in Auckland though, not Wellington.
