Hi,

I am about to send off my ITA documentation, and have a question about the Migrant Levy form: am I right in thinking that since I am providing a certified copy of my passport rather than the original, I don't have to include this form yet? Or am I being a muppet?

Thanks!!

Clare

IRIC Clare, you don't have to pay the levy until you have the stamp in you passport. We just included the levy form with all the documents, and they didn't take the payment until we actually got the stickers put in 6 months later (you can delay having the stickers up to 6 months after your decision has been made).

I'm not sure if it'll delay anything if you leave it out competely I'm not sure. As long as you're in regular E-mail correspondence with your CO you should be OK I think.
