whilst reading through details of a few properties for rent/sale in NZ (just doing some general "research" - otherwise called wasting time and browsing web for anything to do with New Zealand!) -
I keep reading "has extra OSP space" - what is this please?;)

Definitely: Off Street Parking. However...

OSP may indicate a garage but typically does not. It could be a pile of grass with oil stains on it.

Also note that 'tandem parking' or 'double space' might mean two separate spaces, but might mean one actual space behind which you might be able to park a scooter....

Enjoy the search, just be aware that other people have excessively generous definitions w/r/t real estate. Heh!
