How long would it take to commute from Keri keri to Auckland CBD. Too long or would living halfway between these two places be feasible?

not really commutable, about 3 and a half hours. even somewhere between would be pushing it for a reasonable day.

Keri Keri to the city on a good run i.e. not peak traffic would proabably take more like 4 to 4½ hours by the time you get caught behind a campervan or lorry. The final 20 kms on the motorway in peak hour traffic is likely to take you about an hour. For some reason the traffic seems to have got heavier in recent months. Every morning the radio reports it's crawling from Greville (top of North Shore) to Onewa (just before the bridge) by 7am.
