Hi, this isn't really about me. My sister and her husband are also wanting to make the move to New Zealand and asked me to check on this. Her husband is a Tower controller and she is an ATSA (Air Traffic Service Assistant). Are there any controllers out there who know if they have a chance of getting residency and is the airport company in NZ willing to hire people from outside the country? There is a worldwide shortage of ATC's but it's not on the absolute skills shortage list (and my sister's job isn't on the skilled list either).
