Can anybody point me to equivalents here? I haven't been in NZ long, so I might have missed Woolite in The Warehouse or grocery store, but I haven't seen it. Would also like to find an eco-friendly line of products similar to Seventh Generation. Thanks guys --

Hello Sarah,
I'm afraid I've never heard of Woolite. However, eco friendly - I've tried a few (well I think I've tried them all!!) my favourite both for cleaning power & scent is Eco Store laundry powder. You get it in New World as well as in Commonsense Organics in Welly City. Down To Earth is a liquid & left quite a bit of residue in my front loading w/machine & Next Generation smelt great but under the arms of our white t-shirts went yellow and Ew that was the first time that's ever happened with any washing powder!!

This is the only thing I can think of that might help.... you can use the laundry powder in both front and top loaders apparently.
The baby bath smells lovely, its the only thing from the range that I have used

thanks Sarah and Sal -- will make notes for my next shopping trip. btw, Woolite is a liquid detergent that's marketed "for all your fine washables" -- it's what I used in the US for handwashing things that were too delicate to go in the washer. If my luggage hadn't been so stuffed I might have found room for some, just to get by with in the short term, but no biggie. I'll try EcoStore --
