What a good day we had yest.

Most importantly we are now the proud owners of the infamous BLUE STICKERS :raebanana :raebanana . Then our estate agent rang to say the buyers have their mortgage offer in writing and we are off in to sign contracts next wed, and following our 'to bosch or not to bosch' post we bought a bosch washer from comet, they rang to say our model was having some mechanical probs so they would give us the better faster model for the same price, result!! Also we are claiming on our house ins for the 1st time ever as my OH's beloved psp died on him and our digital camera has been poorly for nrly 2yrs now, well the insurance broker rang and I was expecting a grilling, instead we are having a brand new psp sent straight away and our old dig camera is being replaced by one which is far more expensive and much better quality. The icing on the cake was my friend surprising me at the front door from AUSTRALIA couldnt believe my eyes, and she was quickly followed by another local friend bringin me a friendship ring to remember her by, ahhhhh!

So lets hope its not gonna be followed by an awful day anytime soon :laugh

Here's a nice thing that happened to me today: I was catching the ferry back from the CBD to Half Moon Bay and fancied an ice cream, so popped into Valentino's on the quayside. I handed over my loyalty card to be stamped (ok, yes, we DO go there a lot!) and the guy looked at it and said "Oh, this one's free" :D
