Anyone got any tips (sensible ones please) for parking inexpensively close to auckland airport for over a month?
It would be really userful for us to take our own car to airport and use on return for a variety of reasons but really do not want to pay over $200 which is the cheapest we can find so far.

I've always had good experiences with my neighbours or mates from work.

I've usually had them drive me to the airport with no questions asked. However, if you really need to drive your car there, you could have a couple follow you there, then drive your car home. On your return, they drive your car to the airport and leave it in the lot. You can call them during the day to find out where.

Of course, that means being on really friendly terms with a couple of people.

We used these guys, not sure I would give them a glowing recommendation, but they are cheap. Only problems were that they did not seem overly on the ball with being on time, so make sure you allow a bit extra, especially if its a very early or late flight you are getting.
