Hi,
Just wanting to ask a few questions/advice on rural living with a young one. Were moving out in May and going to be living in a place called Rawene, Hokinga Harbour in the Northland. I'm coming from city life where there has been lots of excellent support from Health Visitors, Baby Classes etc. Just wondering what if any support there may be out there? I've heard about Plunket Nurses are they similar to Health Visitors? I think there is also a Play Centre there has anyone attended one? Do children attend nursery once there 3yrs?
Also wondering if anyone knows if you can get Oilitum Infant bath oil/cream?
My toddlers just had his MMR, does anyone know the immunisation system in NZ? It's getting crazy in the UK, apparently another load of new immunisations are coming out this year.
Cheers x
