The consequence of my earlier post (that we're buying a house) is that we have a rental with a 12 month tenancy available from April/May.

The house is in Macleans College, Bucklands Beach Intermediate and Pigeon Mountain Primary zones, is walking distance to these school, sits approximately 100 metres from Eastern Beach and is very warm and comfortable.

Your new house looks amazing. The sea views are just breathtaking.

Just seen your post about your rental property being available as we are hoping to be in Auckland mid April and will be working in the CBD. I don't know very much about the area you are in but could you let me know how long it would take to commute to CBD? The other big issue I forgot to mention is that we have a dog! Does your rental accept dogs?
