I have "Living and Working in New Zealand" by Graeme Chesters. I'll have to see if I can order his "Buying a Home in Aust and NZ"

What did you like about his book? In what ways did you find it helpful?

We have both those & both are worth it, though I liked the Alison Ripley one better as it had more details on the different sale methods (auction, tender, negotiation etc.) and the steps you go through from making an offer through purchase.
