Hi everyone. Things are really happening now & I'm borderline panic that I've gathered all the documentation we'll need as we'll be doing our app. in NZ. Do we need to take FULL medical summaries and dental records for NZIS? We'll obviously have medicals done over there. Also does anyone know the correct terminology for the constant butterflies in my belly?

My husband did his medicals in NZ. He had had recent surgery so we brought doctor's notes relating to that to show the doctor who did the medicals, but not all his general records. NZIS doesn't want your medicals records, they go by what the doctor who does the medicals says,(unless you've got a condition that concerns them I suppose) and they're not interested in dental records. But you might still want to bring all your records to give to your new GP and dentist.
