Hey all,

Just a quick intro from us even though we've been lurking for months now. Ian and Fiona from Aberdeen, plus two kids. We're a long ways down the ITA route, waiting with bated breath for a case officer (18th dec submitted).

We're kind of torn between New Plymouth with a job and Canterbury without a job but with me consulting (I can work pretty mucgh anywhere in the world from home). Watch this space.

Ian and Fiona, welcome to the forum.

Was it your EOI or ITA that you submitted on 18 Dec? If it was your ITA you shouldn't have too much longer to wait. We were just assigned CO and another forumite (The Zorbster) lodged theirs on 18 Dec and have also just been assigned CO. Hopefully not too much longer for you guys.

It was our ITA on Dec 18th, still no CO for us tho. Such is life, by my reckoning,, we'll have one on Tuesday, same day as our job telephone interview (joint interview, very weird!)

Cheers

Fiona and Ian,

Welcome to the forum. As a fellow Aberdonian who's been through it all and finally got here I can assure you it's worth all the hassle. Where-ever you end up there will be plenty of fellow Scots to help you out.

All the best

Karen :nice1
