Hi guys

My case officer was sent my OH contract extension letter for another 6 months work. He wants the revised contract. I have said all you ever get is a letter saying its extended. He still wants a revised contract. Has anyone else had this problem or did you all do it within your contract and therefore never come across it. Has anyone ever had a revised contract and not just a letter whilst contracting in IT. OH has been doing contracting for 25 years so is perplexed.

He has also lost my original police transaltion doc too cost $45 and I know I def sent it to him. I think we are going for the longest record of processing an ITA. :laugh

any help appreciated.

Angela

I know the organisation I work ( Govt dept) for only ever issues extension letters, not revised contracts. We are regularly audited on it so I guess that must be all that is legally required. Not sure what to suggest other than going for a second opinion with another case officer.

Good luck anyway.

I am wondering if we get a revised contract it give him a 12 months contract therefore it woudl be easier for the case officer to put through our paperwork but he can't actually put that in an email. both of us read his email and thought the same thing. But we may be way off. So OH is going back to agency today to see what they can do.
