Just brought bargain gas heater from Kmarts in Westfield, riccarton, thought tell others in chch....
Just $140, reasons why? they are trying to sell off last year stock's before this year stock's coming next week, got few left :yes

Is anyone in chch or nearby got old fire guard that I can buy off second hand to protect young child from gas heater?....my daughter is like a magnet to gas heater :uhoh

We have gas heater stored away in the shed that accepts one of those standard 11kg bottle.

The problem was the gas carbon smell it left in the room while in use. I don't think LPG burns as cleanly as Propane (which I thought is odourless when burned).
