Hello Guys,
We are selling our house directly and via Trademe (if your new NZ, TradeMe is the Ebay of NZ), It is too large for us, and the youngest of our sons is now away at school ! We are staying in Kaiapoi. We love it here!

Selling, buying,closing is so much simpler here than in the US and UK. Our solicitor told us to just sell it directly! So, upon reading other threads, I thought you might like to see the growing trend of 'for sale y owner homes.'
We have now been in the Chch area for over 2 years! when we were waiting to get in, every day crept along. Now it flies by! We love it here, and in Chch and especially the Kaiapoi, Rangiora area. Best move we ever made!
Let me know what you think of our advert...did I overlook anything?
