When I was looking for librarian jobs, I found the best place to look was the LIANZA website. They update the job postings regularly:

You can also look at individual library sites, if you have a lot of time on your hands :)

www.nzlibraries.com

Also consider subscribing to the NZ-Libs mailing list. Sometimes people post jobs to the listserv that don't really appear elsewhere:
