:raebanana The 25th to be precise! Can't believe how everything has slotted into place. Exchanged contracts on house, completion 20th, shippers 17th. Leaving work tomorrow, flights booked and best of all my passport arrived back this morning with my blue stickers!!!
Having said all that I'm in a blue funk worrying about just about everything else! I've just printed off Dave & Carolines list of things to do which will help organise me, but I can see one or two sleepless nights ahead...even if it is only excitement.
Now I've got all the leaving dos to enjoy, if that's the right phrase to use. It takes something like this to make you realise just how many friends you've got and I'm not looking forward to the goodbyes. :wah
Oh to be at Heathrow now and be looking forward instead of back.
3 weeks and counting! :)

Hoping everything slots into place for us with PR. Everything else is done - we move out on 27th, OH leaves work on 13th, but our CO has gone on holiday until 11th!

Thanks everyone for all your good wishes. 12 days to go and counting. Nearly everything sorted now, Inland rev, NIS & pension to sort out and getting hold of B Gas, what a nightmare that is!! 45 minute wait on phone...I don't think so..what do you have to do to get them?!!
Anyway 1 leaving do done, no tears yet, 2 to go. I think the famly one is goint to be the saddest.
I'm lookiing at everything and everyone now thinking "this could be the last time" :( but hopefully a brilliant new life ahead. Can't help worrying a bit tho, after reading about the hardships of some on here..So sad, that brought on the tears I must say.
