This is my first time here and its great to be part of this little community...my family and i are planning on making the move to new zealand,my mother first has to register as a nurse there before we can start the paper work.but i was wondering,im trying to make her learn more about new zealand,so im going to print out reports and try to get some books for her.she doesnt know how to use the net and is very busy as a nurse here,so my wish for her was a new zealand lifestyle for the family,to calm and bring new energy into us all,its too hard in the states now......back to the video thing......so i thought it would be great to get a video on new zealand primarily,"living and working in christchurch everything you wanted to know".....thats what i would like.......is there anyone who knows where i can buy one like this either on video or dvd????your help would be great!!

I dont think there is one. The best place to try would probably be amazon.

don't know about dvd's but theres some good books out there. Like Nicky says, try amazon first.

its hard when you come from a big place where you can have anything (for a price) to understand that even in great fantastic wonderful nz you cannot have everything! comedian billy connolly did a travel tour of nz and you can get the dvd through amazon etc - that is probably the closest you will get to what you are looking for.

Don't forget the "Coast to Coast" videos/dvds, though more of a tourist video. Also available from Amazon, and sometimes e-bay.

ah thanks guys that a good one as thats one of the ones i saw searching for videos,im just looking for a view at the housing,some neibourhoods and stuff......so im guessing hes just going around the place having fun making jokes and also doing some cool adventure stuff......hm great thanks guys..........
