The medical review board requested a specialist report on my elevated liver function test.

What kind of specialist should I see?

Just go and see your local GP and show him/her the results. The doctor will probably organise a repeat series of blood tests and if he/she feels anything needs following up, will put you in touch with the relevant consultant.

I think it's quite usual for LFT blood tests results to be a little out of whack so it's probably nothing.
