I always copy and paste into Word when it's small and change it to a more readable size.

OR Go to Veiw menu, onto Text Size and change it to Largest on the tool bar at the top the Internet page.

I don't know about Internet Explorer, but with Firefox you can type ctrl + or ctrl - to alter the text size.

(Hold the ctrl key down and press + or -)
