Long shot but.....
any one looking for employment in a parks/open space/project management/ local government role?

council i have just started working for still have a few vacancies and have been very good in terms of visa, relocation package and such like. they seem happy to recruit from Uk and did all mine via telephone interviews etc.

asked if i knew of anyone back in UK. so thought of a post on here...


Council seem to have a lot of vacancies in wider local government rolesand are keen on people with qualifications and 2 yrs plus experience as they do seem to struggle getting ecxperienced people.

I'd like more info as well - have worked as wilderness ranger in past (horsepack and backpack), visitor services, wildlife biology. You can try to PM me as well - altho I've never rec'd a PM from this list I'll figure out how to access it when it arrives!
