Last Friday, a call from NZ uttered one of the most sweet sounding words I have ever heard... "Congratulations.. Our company wishes to offer you this position" OMG!! ( toss the dancing bananas ) :raebanana :raebanana :raebanana :raebanana

Me and my wife are so happy, That was day was a Happy day for both of us :clap . Truly Prayers work. We could finally have our first baby in NZ ( my own little kiwi ).

My employer wishes me to start work by 1st of February. Given our application is already filed with NZIS ( with medicals, passports and everything ) and our Case officer mentioned that it may take 4 months to process our PR, we may go for a Work VIsa for now. This is to make sure we can make it there by mid January. Oh my, now we are cramming up what to do first and with the coming holidays.,.. its gonna be rough.

Thank you all for the folks :nice1 that helped here and wishing goodluck to the rest :hopeso .

See you in January in Auckland,NZ! :cheers

Hi Arlevien,

If you have the job offer in writing it is my understanding that forwarding this to NZIS will mean that your application will be processed much quicker. You should discuss this in more detail with your case officer.

Congratulations on the offer, it is great news. :clap :clap

Mark. :P

Congratulations!!! :raebanana :raebanana

Just a note that might help you to speed things up - it took us from mid October until end of November from putting in EOI to getting PR.

Ask the company that has offered you your job if they have a talent acreditation from NZIS and if so can you have a copy with your job offer - it took us 5 working days from getting our application to NZ House to receiving our passports back with our PR visas!

Good luck! :hopeso

Excellent! Thanks Sarah, Indeed they are one of the accredited employers of NZIS. This is all just too good to be true.
