We have just made an offer on a house and should know for definate on tuesday 1st May if all OK.
We are living in a lovely rental in Khandallah 4 double bedrooms, central heating, half a view to harbour. Nice neighbourhood. Cute garden not overlooked on pation area. DVS system. All mod cons 2 very nice bathrooms. Close to bus stop. Very warm and carpets throughout (no drafty areas) Cats OK as we have 2. $2600 per month not cheap but worth every dollar for comfort. We are the 2nd UK couple to rent it and both have moved out to own home.
If anyone is due over and needs somewhere before it goes we are completing on the house 25th May time, pm me for agents details. Not that I am telling them until after Tuesday:laugh
fingers crossed house valuation goes well and we get our new home.
