Got back from recce Saturday, house on market on that day, first viewer yesterday, full asking price offer this morning! They want a quick move and there is a very tiny, stable chain of 2, all of whom have been putting pressure on our buyers to find somewhere quickly.

Things are happening quickly now, OH has PR interview next week (should have been 3 weeks ago but we were away on recce), he is going to hand in his notice tomorrow and we can soon book the flights! We've now decided that even if this sale falls through we will still make the move in August and leave the house in the hands of agents but fingers crossed this will all proceed smoothly.

Now all we have to do is make that decision on where we want to live.......
