My friend is in the beginning stage of thinking about emigrate to NZ. She have been research in ENZ and getting informations from me. She gave me a question but I unable to answer it for her.
I thought I try it here, her question is..."Is job situations for mums are good in NZ? school hours etc?" as she is a SAHM to two children, 6 and 3years old but willing to return back to work in NZ if need to.

I have friends who have struggled with finding afterschool clubs etc but I can't imagine it being as much of a problem in cities. What area of work would she like to do?

We live in a small town in Hawke's Bay and there are great facilities here. Don't know about the cost though as mine are past that stage. :D

She is very well experiences with autistic kids :yes but she will do anything. She got a degree, (1st class!!) joint hons. in mathematics and psychology.

Is there any discrimination against immigrants? (I think after see UK react to eastern europe immigrants)
