I was chatting to a friend at work who recommended 'Rescue Remedy' Bach spray - this is a little herbal spray that is supposed to help relieve stress. It apparently works better than Kalms. I am defo going to get myself some of that and try it before our flights in July :yes

Anyone else tried this?

Yes, I've used it too - excellent stuff.

I used to recommend it to my pupils too, because it doesn't make you tired or less alert, just calm.

Also (and from a completely different angle) we used to breed and exhibit dogs and we had one particular bitch that was quite nervous of the car and disliked travel. Rescue Remedy worked for her too and she didn't know what she had taken did she ?!!!

Amazing story about the dogs!

You have given me an idea! Do you think I could test this on some of my more 'challenging' pupils in the secondary school I work in??? And also would it work for my hyperactive 3 yr old?? :laugh :laugh

So glad that I am getting such positive feedback about this - I have been reading on the internet about all the different types of bach remedies you can buy - my flight fear might be curable after all without having to pay a fortune for hypnotherapy
