As there seem to quite a lot of medical people on this forum, I was wondering if you can give me some advice...

Is there an acknowledged "best" children's hospital in NZ? Kind of like a GOSH equivalent? If so, where?

I am not a medical person but in Auckland THE children's hospital is Starship. I'm not aware of any others but I wouldn't know about the other major cities....

All the news reports of poor sick children from anywhere in NZ tell of them being helicoptered to Starship .. I've often wondered if there is an equivalent in S.I. ... anyone?
