Played on our honeymoon and loved the courses and members :laugh was wondering if any of you had joined a golf club and how it compares to uk etcetc

We are a family of golfers and we love the courses here. It seems to be very family friendly and we played in a family competition a few weeks ago. Really good fun. It is also very cheap to play here. The kids have lessons on a Sunday for $1!! We live in a small town in Hawke's Bay and have 6 courses within a 20 minute drive and we can play at all of them through the membership of 1 club. All in all very pleased.:D

There is one at QEII, very good and another 2 course just around the corner from my house. Also one at tai tapu, kaiapoi and posh one that had international opens, at clearwater, just outskirt of chch toward belfast from airport on state highway 1.
