I got an email from NZ Immigration saying that my application status has been changed, the exact words were "CHANGE OF STATUS -Your immigration application status has been updated." The email goes on to tell me I can see this change online, so away I went full of anticipation and there is no change to anything on my immigration webpage!
Has anyone else had this experience? I got the email at noon on Monday and have been checking regularly in case it takes a while for this change to be noted on my online file, but still nothing. Why would they send out this email if its premature? Surely the email should not go out until the file has actually been updated on the web? My application is for PR (partnership) and expect it should be coming through soon. Time to phone and talk to someone?
