I LOVE white chocolate.. There is a pathetic selection of it here in Canada.. everytime I'm in the UK I stock up on milky bars and white crunch bars.. yummy!
While doing some surfing, I saw that you can get white twix in NZ.. amazing!!
What other delights have white versions I wonder?

More white chocolate here than in the UK. white malteasers, white flakes, loads of it. so you should be OK.

I've been told that the chocolate for hot climates (you've got to be kidding) and NZ gets lumped with Oz on this, has something in it to stop it melting too quickly. This and the difference in the milk are supposed to be what makes it taste different.

Thanks for the responses,
I've heard the same thing Veronica. For a limited time they were selling the combo white/milk chocolate flakies here and they were imported from NZ. I didn't like them all that much, but I found that they two chocolates don't mix together all that well, so it could be just that one bar. My favourites are Crunch bars followed closely by kit kat chunky (briefly available here as a Swiss import). I'm really looking forward to trying a white twix as well as some others I don't know about yet if I ever make it to NZ.
I suspect that nothing will taste as good as the originals though. A Canadian Dairy milk may look like the British version, but it certainly doesn't taste as good.
