Hiyas,

I am a business analyst based in Birmingham, UK. Want to make a move to New Zealand. Little apprehensive about it all.
1. Just wanted some guidance on the job situation in New Zealand.
2. The average time taken for the end - to - end process interms of EOI.

Hi Viv, Welcome.
You can find all sorts of info here and there are already posts with regard to members own personal accounts of times for gaining PR via the EOI method.

Also use the search tool at the top of the form. It is different for each persons set of circumstances. Questions like yours may require a little more info.
Have you got enough points to submit an EOI?
Have you got a job offer in NZ?
You may need to prepare by gaining your medicals/police certs or you may have already done this.
i guess times vary but 3-6 months from start to end may be a good estimate.

Hi

You will find this site really helpful, we are going to submit out EOI in Jan, through an agency. My husband as a Sales Manager, must find employment in NZ in order to secure enough points for us to be able to go, so we are planning to visit for interviews, once (if) we get selected, we should have 115 points (i think).
