I think I would stay away from that Subway: http://www.stuff.co.nz/westcoast/4050150a10.html

well I am shocked at reading that - and subways lack of comment shows that they were way over the top!

I hope she wins

that does sound spectacularly over the top. can't help but wonder if there's more to it than that.

not that i'd eat at subway anyway - i've only ever done it once and was astonished at just how grim their "food" tasted - shame as the smell is always so good outside a subway place! plus you should never trust a fast food chain that doesn't publish an ingredients list i reckon.

Its a way over the top reaction all round, but like Trigirl said I reckon there is more to it, they probably wanted rid of her for other reasons, and got her on the pettiest of technicalities.

That's outrageous! I bet they don't want to admit it's really because they're having difficulties with her Asperger's traits. Lets start a boycott. (I've never eaten there anyway, but hey, I like the idea of boycotting the place!).

Well I hope the company has to grovel big time to the lass, Stingy sods deserve all they get, I dont go to Subway any way but that took the 'sarnie'(buscuit).;) and I hope that their takings suffer for a while!

I hope the management concerned has to go to some sort of training course on Employment law and the right way to treat employees!
