Hello everyone,

I thought it was about time I introduced myself as I've been dipping into the forum for months now and am beginning to feel like a voyeur!

I live in Suffolk with my partner an IT Network Engineer and my 4 kids, girls aged 8 & 6 and boys aged 3 and 1 years.

We've been researching NZ for a year now and are hoping to follow in the footsteps of relatives headed over in August to Wellington (currently there on 2nd recce) and possibly Carey, who first told me about this forum.

Moving to NZ is a big decision for us as we live in a lovely area of the UK and with 4 children we want to be sure we're making the right choices and all the threads we have been reading have been really useful both for practical and emotional info.

So here we start the journey - Job 1 - Get 6 passports!

Hi there we have just made our minds to go for it to :)
We went to the expo back in London a few months back.

We then spent 10 days split between Wellington and the Kapiti Coast, reseaching and taking in the scenery.

My wife is a midwife and Im an IT beginner ! (nochildren)

We are just in the process of submitting EOI, the registration process for the medical registration seems pretty involved.

We are still struggling with the old sell or rent UK home scenario !
