We are working on getting our daughter's residency application in. We are in Ngaio and need to get certified copies of, well, just about everything. Anyone in Welly know where we can get certified copies?

Look in the phone book for a Justice of the Peace. Mine did my certifications for free.

Yes indeed, this can be done by a Justice of the Peace and this is always for free, since this is one of the obligations by law.

Cheers,
Anita

I went to the local electorate office of my member of parliament. There was a person there who was qualifed to do it, and it was all done for free.

Or better still, just go to the front desk of your nearest cop shop, and they will also do it for free. They do it quite often, so will probably have the official stamp handy just under the desk. And totally free, well taxpayer funded of course....
