Hi

Anyone have any experience of running a cafe in NZ? Are there any qualifications you need - food hygiene certificates, hospitality etc?

Considering a major change of path in order to live our Nelson district dream! Seen a lovely place for sale that we ate in on our recce, 10-15 minutes from the village that I set my heart on living in!

If you are looking for a chef, I covered the chef position on board a train last week during a strike, 14 hour day, 2 trips to london and back, 95 breakfasts and 120 soup and sandwiches, I still haven't recovered.
