Hi friends,

I am currently playing with "Points Indicator" and having some results.

I have a job offer which is also in an identified future growth area. I have 8 years' experience and I'm 27.

Because of the terrible timing risk of NZQA full-assessment, I don't want to count any points from "Recognised Basic Qualification". In this case, I have 110 points. Am I wrong?

I've had my work experience as a "voice actor". In my 8 years period of working, I've also worked as "2D-3D animator" or as listed in Long Term Skills Shortage List, "Film Animator". Both of my jobs are full time (I'm really a hard working guy! :D ).

But, I don't have any paper or evidence about my previous "Film Animator" job which I spent 6 years in this industry in Turkey. That job would give me extra 10 points. My future NZ employer asks me to work as both "voice director" and "animator" as well as "writer", "storyboard artist" and "production manager" in our future projects.

I can work for "NZ's creative industry" and make the industry have lots of benefit. But first, I have to be selected! :(

I need your advises strongly friends. Please help me. What should I do?
