Help!

We have looked for two weeks to find a house in the Porirua area that will allow us to have our two lovely, immaculate, well-behaved (etc) Newfoundlands live with us. :wah We are particularly looking at Whitby, Plimmerton, Aotea, and Titahi Bay (in that order). We are able to pay up to $500 per week for rent and are willing to offer extra bond if that helps the owner be more comfortable about possible damage.

Anyone know of anything available that isn't on trademe yet?

Janice - the law in NZ says a landlord can only ask for 4 weeks rent as bond. even if you offer more they'd be breaking the law to accept (and wouldn't be able to lodge it with building and housing as they are supposed to)
