Just wondering if any of you have encountered problems with your case workers during the immigration process and if you know of any way of highlighting the problems.
My case worker does not reply to any messages left and does not respond to emails that I send, although, I know they have been received as receipts sent.
When he does bother to reply, they are abrupt, short and always very dismissive.
I have no doubt that he is busy and my application has not been straight forward, but as time moves on, I could do with having a case worker who at least responds to my questions. Which I would like to add are not a lot, as I don't want to bother him too much.
Any replies greatly appreciated.
