[Howie]

I'm thinking of getting a roomate to help me pay the rent. I have a small 3 bedroom house but really only use one of the rooms. I'm thinking of asking about $110pw plus exp. I have 2 friendly dogs and am not the tidiest person, but am hoping living with someone else with force me to become more tidy. The location is great - just beside the Howick domain. I'm probably just looking for something short term 3-6 months, but could be longer. The house is well furnished, but no TV and plenty of storage in the garage and fully fenced.
Anyone know of someone looking for a place to rent? I'd really rather go with someone recomended rather than a complete stranger. PM me for more info.
