On the NZQA form where it asks for full address of institution, do you put the department address eg. School of Education in my case for a PGCE, or the administrative office address?
And as my Polytechnic doesn't exist as such any more but is now a University, what address do I put for that?

Put the admin office address as is current, ie the uni address but make a note on the form that the poly is now a uni.

I put the registrar's office addy on mine, but if there is "admissions" office that will work, too. I figure these two offices will know the appropriate persons/office within to forward the request if necessary.
