Not sure if this should be a new thread since it sort of follows on from yesterday's. But there you have it, I wanted to start one, too :)

I had the 'approved in principle' letter in the post today, and that makes it exactly a month (four weeks and a bit) from submitting: my partner took it to NZ house on the 23rd of April.

Thanks everyone for answering my impatient questions, and good luck with all the outstanding applications. It really seems this is a good time to submit!
